The contract type dropdown is a list of sections in the template. After one of these is selected, the remainder are deleted when clicking Ok.
Project manager and Project principle are optional fields. This data is also pulled from the Kittelson website.
All this data is pulled from the Kittelson website, and is thus always up-to-date.
